Red-barred Tortrix

Widespread and common, though absolute numbers seem to have fallen since 2006.&nbsp; The vast majority of records are of adults to light.&nbsp; Reared from sitka spruce and oak, it has many other foodplants.

Hedge Tortrix

Uncommon and local, with most records from the south of the county between Taunton and Crewkerne.&nbsp; It comes to light in gardens, usually as a rare wanderer though certain favoured gardens can attract the species regularly.

Long-nosed Tortrix

Very rare and local.&nbsp; Known from three records at West Luccombe from 1995-2000, it may still persist in this area.
