Small Saltern Conch

A saltmarsh species.&nbsp;
Its habitat is rarely recorded, but most of the dozen or so Somerset
records have been recorded coastally near to suitable habitat.

Water-mint Conch

Eight records, scattered widely across the county.&nbsp; Colonised a Holcombe garden pond from
2018-2020, which suggests it is possibly very under-recorded; the foodplant is
water-mint <i>Mentha aquatica</i>.

Large Saltmarsh Conch

A coastal species associated with sea-aster <i>Aster
tripolium</i>.&nbsp; Only nine records, but
all are within the last 50 years and stretch the length of the Somerset coast.
