Lesser Common Rustic

Requires dissection for a certain identification, distinguishing it from Common Rustic, and probably under-recorded as a result.&nbsp; This moth appears widespread across the county but the records to date are rather scattered, with concentrations around Taunton and Bath.

Double Lobed

A wetland species that is widely
distributed and wandering to gardens in small numbers. Occasionally it is numerous
when its wetland habitats are trapped, the West Sedgemoor/Langport area being
particularly favoured.

Common Rustic

Widespread and common across the county; requires dissection to be distinguished with certainty from Lesser Common Rustic, though appears to be the commoner of the two species.
