Striped Hawk-moth

A migrant, occurring in small numbers in most but not every year, occasionally migrating in some numbers.&nbsp; Unlike many migrant moths, the peak period seems to be in May and June.&nbsp; The distribution map suggests a typical migration path from the far south of the county, up the Parrett valley and then up the coast towards Bristol.
