Epermenia chaerophyllella

Fairly widespread and common; unlike many of its less frequently recorded relatives, it comes to light, which accounts for a good percentage of the records, but the early stages are fairly frequently encountered, usually on Hogweed Heracleum spondylium although other umbellifers are also used.
