A wetland species, only recorded from Shapwick Heath, where it was most recently found in 1987.<br>

Dusky Dwarf

New to Somerset in 2022, from Westhay Moor (not yet mapped).&nbsp; The moth's foodplant is cotton-grass, and it might be expected at other sites supporting this species, of which there are many in VC5.

Saltern Dwarf

A saltmarsh species, only recorded once, from Sand Bay in 2013.&nbsp; The location suggests a resident species, that might well occur on nearby parts of the coast or at Porlock Marsh.<br>
