Three records of this moth, that can only be determined by dissection of the adult, all from the centre-west of the county, at Williton (1985), Thurlbear (2005) and Bishops Hull (2021).<br>

Golden-rod Case-bearer

Found after a long absence from the county in 2019 on the Blue Anchor cliffs, where the likely foodplant is goldenrod; very old records from Batcombe and Leigh Woods.&nbsp; Sea aster is an alternative foodplant and it may be worth searching for the cases on this plant.<br>

Orache Case-bearer

This moth can only be identified by dissection of the adult.&nbsp; There is a scatter of records around the county, with a slight tendency to occur coastally around Weston-super-Mare.&nbsp; <br>
