White Birch Case-bearer

Seven records of this scarce coleophorid, a couple at light and a few more of larval cases on birch.&nbsp; The most recent is from Crowcombe Heathfield in 2005.&nbsp; The moth was formerly recorded from the Blackdowns and Shapwick Heath, where presumably suitable habitat still exists, and could feasibly occur on Exmoor and in the Quantocks, where very little, if any, recording of coleophorids has taken place.<br>

White Oak Case-bearer

Evidently fairly scarce; there ar five records of this oak-feeding coleophorid - larval cases at Merryfield (2005, 2006, 2007) and adults at light at Berrow (2006) and Leigh Woods (2001).<br>

Forest Case-bearer

Ten records of this coleophorid, mostly of the larval cases on oak, with a few attracted to light.&nbsp; Not recorded in the county since 2007.<br>
