Pale Red Slender

Fairly common and widespread.&nbsp; Most records are of leaf-mines on alder, but
it also comes to light.&nbsp; Adults that have not been reared need
dissection to separate them from <i>C.
betulicola</i>.

Feathered Slender

Scarce, both within Somerset and
nationally.&nbsp; Occasionally recorded as an
adult, but most frequently as a leaf-miner, usually on privet (although ash is
also used).

Clouded Slender

Three records, all recent, from
widely separated locations: Felton Common (2013), Weston-super-Mare (2015) and
Ash Priors Common (2016).&nbsp; Comes to
light, and also recorded as a leaf-miner on birch.
