Buckthorn Bent-wing

A very local species, but can be
common where it occurs; associated with buckthorns.&nbsp; Almost always recorded as a leaf-miner in
Somerset.&nbsp; Most records are from the
centre of the county, from the Poldens and around Shapwick.

Daisy Bent-wing

Widespread, a few recorded to
light most years, and occasionally recorded as a leaf-miner on Oxeye Daisy <i>Leucanthemum vulgare</i>.&nbsp; Probably under-recorded.

Saltern Bent-wing

A coastal species associated with
Sea Aster.&nbsp; Most usually recorded as a
leaf mine, but does come to light.&nbsp;
Commonest from Steart northwards to Clevedon, but also occurs on the
Avon estuary downstream of Bristol, and around Porlock.
