records.&nbsp; Not yet recorded west of
Taunton.&nbsp; Mostly recorded at light, but
occasional records of the larvae on St John’s Wort <i>Hypericum</i> spp.

Common Slender

Widespread and common, though
absent from parts of the county (particularly inland Exmoor) through the
absence of its foodplants, ash, privet and lilac.&nbsp; Usually recorded as a leaf-mine, but often
comes to light.

Ribwort Slender

Common and widespread, though
apparently absent from the Levels and inland Exmoor.&nbsp; Usually recorded as an adult to light, though
sometimes as a leaf-mine on Ribwort Plantain <i>Plantago lanceloata</i>.
