Powdered Flat-body

A national rarity and a sand-dune specialist.&nbsp; Recorded from the Berrow and Burnham-on-Sea areas, with a long sequence of records from one Burnham-on-Sea garden, 2000-2015.&nbsp; Not recorded since but might well persist in the area.&nbsp; Unlikely to occur elsewhere in the county; a 1952 record from Bickenhall in the Blackdowns is surely of a dispersing/migratory individual.

Common Flat-body

Probably the commonest of the Agonopterix species in the county, and recorded from everywhere except inland Exmoor, with most records being of adults at light in gardens.

Large Carrot Flat-body

Rare, and only distinguishable with difficulty from the much more abundant A. heracliana.&nbsp; The only records this century are from Wells and Periton.
